The Winter Shuttle Driver’s first responsibility is the timely, safe and courteous transportation of Martis Camp members and their guests to and from Martis Camp's Lookout Lodge to Northstar California. In keeping with CA DMV requirements, daily inspections to ensure safe operation of a 24-passenger bus are a responsibility of the driver. Duties directed by Transportation Manager.
Job Tasks include but are not limited to:
Must maintain a current California Commercial Class B driver’s license with Passenger endorsement for buses carrying more than 15 passengers.
Must maintain CA DMV medical status associated with license.
Must be able to load and unload skis and boards as needed.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be open to occasional overtime in peak periods.
Must be able to sit/drive for up to eight hours.
Must be able to carry up to 30lbs up to 30ft.
Must be able to repeatedly reach/bend/kneel to assist with equipment or vehicle cleaning.
All drivers are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen which includes marijuana
