Line Cook Position overview: The line cook is an essential member of the Culinary team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our members. The line cook provides an enjoyable expertly cooked dining experience conforming to Martis Camp standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. The Line Cook ensures that all food items are prepared to exacting standards. We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service! This position requires an applicant with basic culinary knowledge and experience. Candidates must have a solid personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Martis Camp Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required.

Requirements:

  • Available on a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A pre-employment drug screen (excludes marijuana for 21 and over)
  • Previous cooking experience
