Beach Shack Concierge (Summer 2025)

Tahoe Vista, CA
Seasonal
Beach Shack
Entry Level

The Beach Shack Concierge is a critical key point of contact for Martis Camp Club members, and the cog around which the rest of the Beach Shack operation runs. The role requires an amiable, professional, efficient, highly motivated individual with outstanding communications skills. The primary role is to make reservations and bookings over the phone, via e-mail and in person when open. It is not a simple reservation booking, as it requires nuance and savvy to steer the Members into times that allow us to maximize our seating, rather than simply putting in their preferred time slot. They will learn to be knowledgeable on member policy and services, assisting in making the membership experience seamless and enjoyable, by playing Host as well during busy windows of time. This position is highly visible to Club members. It is best suited to someone who genuinely enjoys working with others while multi-tasking in a variety of detail-oriented tasks. This position requires flexible availability and will include a mix of weekdays, weekends, and holiday shifts.
We have both part-time and full-time seasonal positions (late May to late September), and the work schedule includes weekends and holidays. The operating hours vary but could be from 8am-7pm, shift length normally 8 hours.
