POSITION SUMMARY:  
Are you a naturally charismatic, detail-oriented, and proactive person who loves creating unforgettable experiences for others? The Family Experience Concierge is the heartbeat of the Family Barn. A go-to source of information, support, and warmth for members and their families. From greeting members with a smile to helping coordinate a magical Martis Camp moment, this role combines hospitality, organization, and connection in the most beautiful mountain settings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Open and close the Family Barn facility daily according to operational standards
  • Serve as the main point of contact for member inquiries via email, phone, and in-person requests
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all Martis Camp programming, policies, and amenities
  • Assist with member and guest check-in and guest fee charging at The Family Barn
  • Operate and master software platforms such as Pacesetter, ThunderTix, and other internal communication tools
  • Assist in the execution of family events and recreation programming as needed
  • Support interdepartmental communication and maintain consistent updates with team leads and managers
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized Family Barn office and communal areas
  • Anticipate member needs, provide proactive support, and deliver above-and-beyond service
  • Uphold the Family Barn experience by being punctual, dependable, and enthusiastic every day
  • Any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company’s Values

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (hospitality, events, guest services, or recreation a plus)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid US Driver’s License
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic, guest-facing environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability during Fourth of July Week is required
  • Seasonal availability from late spring through summer (with possible fall extension)
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred. 
  • Prior experience in a concierge, front office, or member/guest services position is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50lbs, and to assist adults and small children
  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, sitting, carrying, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends. Exposure to outside inclement weather conditions, including summer sun.

WAGE RANGE: $21.50 - $23.50 per hour
