Men's Lounge Bar and Locker Room Attendant (Summer 2025)
Men's Locker Room Attendant
At Martis Camp Club, we believe that true luxury isn't just about opulent surroundings; it's about the feeling our members carry with them long after they've left our grounds. It's about the unspoken anticipation of their needs, the genuine warmth of a greeting, and the seamless perfection of every moment they spend with us. We're not just a club; we're a sanctuary where memories are made, and relationships are forged.
We're looking for more than an attendant. We're searching for an Experience Architect – a dedicated individual who understands that every interaction is an opportunity to elevate, to delight, and to practice at the highest levels of hospitality. If you possess an innate desire to serve, a keen eye for detail, and a heart that finds joy in making others feel truly seen and cared for, then this is your stage.
The Men's Locker Room is a vital hub of our club, a place where our members unwind, rejuvenate, and prepare for their day or evening. As our Men's Locker Room Attendant, you won't just be performing tasks; you'll be the silent orchestrator of comfort, convenience, and genuine care.
This role extends beyond the locker room's serene confines, reaching out to the vibrant energy of our poolside oasis and the tranquil beauty of our championship golf course. You will be a pivotal part of ensuring our members' leisure time is nothing short of extraordinary.
What You'll Do: Your Canvas of Care
- Anticipate & Serve: Within the elegant Men's Locker Room lounge, showers, sauna, cold plunge, and locker areas, you will proactively offer refreshing beverages, delectable bites, and crisp, clean towels, ensuring our members' comfort and convenience are paramount.
- Poolside Perfection: Extend our signature hospitality to the poolside, delivering food and drinks with grace and efficiency, contributing to a relaxed and indulgent atmosphere for all guests.
- On-Course Refreshment: Bring moments of delight directly to our golfers on the course, providing timely beverage service that enhances their game and experience.
- Maintain Sanctuary: Uphold the pristine condition and serene ambiance of the locker room, ensuring it remains a welcoming and immaculate space for our members.
- Connect & Engage: Build genuine rapport with our members, learning their preferences and anticipating their needs, fostering a sense of belonging and personalized service.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with your fellow ambassadors, especially the transportation department to schedule and communicate member requests, understanding that our collective effort creates the magic our members cherish.
You are not merely looking for a job; you are seeking a calling in service. You are:
- A Natural Host - You genuinely enjoy making people feel comfortable and cared for, with a warm demeanor and an approachable presence.
- Detail-Oriented - You notice the small things that make a big difference – a misplaced towel, a half-empty glass, an unasked-for preference.
- Proactive & Resourceful - You don't wait to be asked; you anticipate needs and find solutions with a positive, can-do attitude.
- A Discreet Professional - You understand the importance of privacy and respect in a luxury environment.
- An Excellent Communicator - You listen attentively and communicate clearly and respectfully with members and colleagues alike.
- Passionate About Service - You believe that hospitality is an art form, and you are committed to mastering it.
- Previous Experience - While not strictly required, prior experience in a luxury hospitality environment (hotel, club, high-end restaurant) is a significant advantage.
- Age and Maturity: You'll be 21 years or older, demonstrating the maturity and judgment essential for our high-energy setting.
- Gender Requirement: Due to the private locker room facilities, this position is designated for a male candidate to ensure privacy and comfort for all members.
- Unwavering Dedication: Embrace a schedule that calls for early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons. This role is for those who find energy in commitment.
- Professional Certification (Preferred): Ideally, you'll possess a ServSafe Food Handler Card and ABC Responsible Beverage Service certification. If not, we'll ensure you acquire them shortly after joining – we invest in your success.
- Impeccable Presentation: Maintain a polished and professional appearance, reflecting the elevated standards of our establishment and enhancing the guest experience.
