Martis Camp Club's amazing culinary team is seeking a full time, year round Pastry Assistant to join it's fine dining team.
Summary: The Pastry Assistant I will support the Executive Pastry Chef in ensuring the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all food items prepared through production and demonstration. Ensure that sanitation standards as set forth by Martis Camp, maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and overall the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
