Martis Camp Club, Tahoe's premier private community, is seeking an experienced fine dining cook with professional experience to join the culinary team for the summer season as the Chef de Tournant.
This is full time for the Summer Season.
Compensation is dependent upon fine dining cooking experience and professionalism of candidate.
Must be a team player while maintaining a high level of organization, efficiency, and cleanliness.
Must possess the following qualities:
•Fine dining cooking experience in a professional environment
•Strong communication skills.
•A.M. and P.M. availability as well as holidays.
•Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
•Must have a reliable way to get to work.
All Martis Camp employees are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen with a negative result (this includes marijuana).
